Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of VYBE UK, including profiles, likes, matches, private messages, reports and other member activity. By using VYBE, you agree to follow this policy in addition to our Terms and Privacy Policy.

1. Adults only

VYBE is for adults aged 18 or over. You must not create an account if you are under 18, misrepresent your age, impersonate a minor, or attempt to involve minors in any interaction on VYBE.

2. No commercial sexual services

You must not use VYBE to advertise, offer, request, arrange, promote or facilitate prostitution, escort services, paid sexual services, sexual services in exchange for money, gifts or anything of value, pornography, adult live-streaming, sexual content subscriptions, or any other commercial sexual activity.

3. No unlawful or abusive activity

You must not use VYBE for harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, non-consensual sexual conduct, hate-based abuse, exploitation, trafficking, fraud, scams, extortion, blackmail, theft, money laundering, illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, or any other unlawful activity.

4. No aiding or abetting abuse or exploitation

Aiding, abetting, encouraging, or facilitating the abuse or exploitation of any person is strictly prohibited. You must not assist, enable, promote, coordinate, conceal, or otherwise facilitate conduct that abuses, coerces, traffics, exploits, or harms another person.

5. Consent and safety

Respect other members' boundaries and consent. Stop contacting a member when they ask you to stop. Do not pressure anyone into sexual activity, financial transactions, sharing intimate material, or meeting in person.

6. No sexual exploitation or prohibited content

You must not upload, send or request child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving or depicting minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation material, or content that promotes abuse or exploitation. Suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. No deceptive or fraudulent profiles

You must not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, use stolen photos, misrepresent your identity for fraud, operate romance scams, solicit investments, request money under false pretences, or use VYBE for spam or mass solicitation.

8. Payments and financial activity

Payments to VYBE are only for VYBE's own one-time access passes and related platform services. Members may not use VYBE to collect payments from other members for dates, sexual services, introductions, content, goods, investments or any other transaction.

9. Platform integrity

You must not interfere with VYBE's security, access controls, rate limits or technical protections; scrape member information; introduce malware; probe for vulnerabilities without permission; or use automated systems to create accounts, send messages or manipulate engagement.

10. Enforcement

VYBE may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with lawful investigations where we reasonably believe this policy, our Terms or applicable law has been violated. Serious or credible safety threats may be escalated to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

11. Reporting concerns
