Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and 18+ requirement

VYBE is only for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must not use VYBE if you are under 18.

The website age gate and account confirmation are self-declarations. Before protected member actions, VYBE requires a payment card identified by Stripe as credit-funded. This is an age-assurance and anti-abuse control; it does not prove legal identity or guarantee that a member is 18 or older.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Information you provide must not deliberately misrepresent your age, identity or another person. You may not create an account for someone else without lawful authority.

3. Profiles and location

Member profiles are created by members. VYBE may require a profile photo and basic profile information before a profile can be shown in Discover. Use only a city, town or approximate area for location. Do not publish a home address or exact coordinates in your profile.

Homepage preview portraits are fictional interface examples and are not presented as real members.

4. Discovery, likes and matches

VYBE is UK-wide. Approximate area, activity and preferences may be used to rank Discover results. A mutual match is created when two eligible members like each other. VYBE does not guarantee matches, replies, availability or compatibility.

5. Protected member actions

Some protected actions require successful credit-card authorization. VYBE accepts only cards identified by Stripe as credit-funded for this age-assurance check; debit and prepaid cards are rejected. No verification charge is made. VYBE may restrict an account or request further evidence if age, identity, fraud or safety concerns arise.

6. VYBE Passes and payments

VYBE offers one-time, time-based access passes. Current options are 5 days for £14.99, 15 days for £29.99, 30 days for £49.99 and 90 days for £99.99. An active VYBE Pass includes unlimited private messaging during its stated access period.

VYBE Passes are not recurring subscriptions and do not automatically renew. VYBE does not charge per message and does not currently sell message credits.

Payments are processed through Stripe. VYBE does not directly store full payment-card details. Access is activated after VYBE receives and processes signed payment confirmation. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Safety and prohibited conduct

You must not harass, threaten, scam, impersonate, exploit or deliberately mislead other members; solicit minors; post unlawful content; or use VYBE for conduct that creates a safety risk. VYBE must not be used to advertise, offer, request, arrange or facilitate prostitution, escort services, paid sexual services, pornography, adult live-streaming, sexual content subscriptions or other commercial sexual activity.

Members can block and report accounts. VYBE may investigate reports and may pause, suspend or remove accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, security, abuse prevention or compliance.

8. Content you provide

You remain responsible for content you upload or send. You must have the right to use that content. You give VYBE the limited permission needed to host, display, process and transmit it to operate the service.

9. Availability and changes

VYBE may change, maintain or temporarily interrupt parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these Terms should be reflected by updating this page and its revision date.

10. Ending use of VYBE

You may stop using the service at any time. VYBE may restrict or end access where these Terms are breached, where there is a safety or security concern, or where required by law. Account and data handling is also subject to the Privacy Notice.

11. Governing context

These Terms are intended for the VYBE service offered in the United Kingdom. Mandatory rights and protections that apply under applicable law continue to apply.
